Jarvis (also called MTM) is a private, single-user personal assistant at jarvis.mavtg.com, operated by Michael Moore through MAVTG. It is not offered to the public. This page explains what Google data it accesses and what it does with it.
Google account data Jarvis accesses
When the owner links a Google account, Jarvis asks for these permissions:
Gmail, read-only. To show inbox items, find receipts and recurring purchases, and turn flagged emails into to-do items.
Gmail, compose. To save drafts in the owner's Drafts folder. Jarvis does not send email on its own; a person reviews and sends every draft.
Google Calendar. To show the owner's schedule and meeting reminders, and to manage the owner's own booking events.
Google Drive, read-only. To look up files the owner asks about.
Your Google email address. To show which account is linked.
How the data is used
Only to run the owner's own dashboard and reminders.
Jarvis does not sell Google data, does not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and does not use it for advertising.
Where the owner asks for a summary, draft or suggestion, the relevant text may be sent to an AI model provider (Anthropic) to produce the answer. It is not used to build advertising profiles.
No person other than the owner reads this data, except as needed for security, to comply with law, or with the owner's consent.
Jarvis's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Where data is stored and for how long
Account link tokens and working data are stored in Jarvis's managed database (Upstash Redis, hosted on Vercel infrastructure) and are accessible only after the owner signs in with a passkey. Email and calendar content is read when needed and is not kept as a copy beyond short-lived working data and to-do items the owner creates.
Your controls
The owner can disconnect a Google account at any time from Jarvis, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Disconnecting revokes access. To ask for stored data to be deleted, email michael@mavtg.com.
Cookies
Jarvis uses one sign-in session cookie so the owner stays signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
